Shipping Policy

Lena Design collaborates with local couriers such as DHL and Post to ensure products are delivered directly to your home or via the postal service.

Your payment will be charged when you place your order, and all payments must be verified and approved before delivery. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing details or orders that require further verification may be delayed or canceled.

Delivery

We start processing your order immediately, so we cannot make changes once the order is placed (including address changes). We only deliver to the address provided during checkout. You will only pay for the delivered products, plus any shipping and tax costs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

We deliver only on weekdays, not on Saturdays or holidays.

On average, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order, but some products may take longer, especially during holidays or if your order includes popular products with limited availability. Orders will be shipped once stock is confirmed.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days, depending on the location of our production partner.

Shipping

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you can expect your order to be shipped within 1-3 business days. On average, it takes 5-15 business days for your order to arrive.

While we strive to deliver your order on time, Lena Design is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as necessary postal or customs procedures, holidays, extreme weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. Such circumstances may cause delays longer than the original estimated delivery time.

The estimated delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, your order will arrive within the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, an order may occasionally experience delays during the shipping process. You can track your order status with the tracking number sent to you via email.
